HOW TO MAKE GUT POWER DRINKS: OUR BEST GUT POWER RECIPES
We made Gut Power is to make supporting a healthy microbiome easy & tasty.
Using Gut Power is super simple -- just put 1 scoop of your Gut Power flavor of choice into warm or cold water or another liquid, like milk (or milk alternative).
Want to get a little fancier? Check out some of our favorite Gut Power recipes below:
Hot Matcha
(Optional, matcha latte)
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Gut Power Matcha
- 10 oz hot water (6-8 oz if making a latte)
- 2-4 oz milk or milk alternative (optional, for latte)
- Sweetener to taste
Directions:
1. Mix 1 scoop of Gut Power Matcha with ~10 oz hot water (6-8 oz if making a latte) and stir.
2. Add sweetener of choice (optional) to taste, and ~2 - 4 oz milk or milk alternative if you want to turn it into a matcha latte. For a creamier latte, use less water and more milk.
Iced Matcha
(Optional, iced matcha latte)
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Gut Power Matcha
- 6 oz room temperature water (2-4 oz if making a latte)
- 2-4 oz milk or milk alternative (optional, for latte)
- Sweetener to taste
- Ice
Directions:
1. Mix 1 scoop of Gut Power Matcha with ~6 oz room temperature water (2-4 oz if making a latte). 2. Add sweetener of choice (optional) to taste.
3. Add ice (lots!).
4. Add 2-4 oz milk or milk alternative for a matcha latte. For a creamier latte, use less water and more milk.

Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Gut Power Cocoa
- 8 oz hot water
- 2 oz milk of choice
- Sweetener, if desired
Directions:
1. Mix 1 scoop of Gut Power Cocoa with ~8 oz of hot water.
2. Add sweetener of choice to taste (optional) and stir.
3. Add ~2 oz milk or milk alternative, if desired. For a creamier hot cocoa, use less water and more milk.
Hot Mocha
(Optional, mocha latte)
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Gut Power Cocoa
- 8 oz hot water
- 2 oz milk of choice
- Sweetener, if desired
Directions:
1. Mix 1 scoop of Gut Power Cocoa with ~8 oz of hot coffee (or 6 oz of stronger coffee for a mocha latte).
2. Add sweetener of choice to taste (optional) and stir.
3. Add 2-4 oz of milk or milk alternative for a mocha latte. For a creamier mocha latte, use less coffee (and make your coffee stronger (or use espresso)) and more milk.

Iced Mocha
(Optional, iced mocha latte)
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Gut Power Cocoa
- 8 oz hot water
- 2 oz milk of choice
- Sweetener, if desired
Directions:
1. Mix 1 scoop of Gut Power Cocoa with 1-2 oz room temperature or cold coffee (Gut Power Cocoa will mix a bit easier using room temperature coffee). Mix to combine.
2. Add 6 oz cold coffee (2-4 oz of stronger coffee if making an iced mocha latte).
3. Add sweetener of choice to taste (optional) and stir.
4. Add ice.
5. For an iced mocha latte, add 2-4 oz milk or milk alternative. For a creamier mocha latte, use less coffee (and make your coffee stronger (or use espresso)) and more milk.
