Tips & Tricks
To keep the flavor of your matcha fresh, we recommend refrigerating after opening if possible, but it's not necessary!
If you're new to prebiotics & probiotics, we recommend starting with half a serving (½ scoop of Gut Power™ Matcha + ~5-6oz of water) for a few days as your microbiome adjusts.
Keep in mind that matcha contains approximately 50mg of caffeine -- about half the amount of a cup of coffee.
